Senior Manager - Learning & Development
I have known and worked with Tricia for several years and know her to be a pure sales leader with an impressive sense of urgency, a passion to get things done, the keen ability to develop talent, & engage others in selling collaboration. Tricia has an excellent grasp of our historic selling processes and the added value of our team selling strategy which is generating substantial growth. Additionally, Tricia has been an outstanding developer of talent in her roles while at Staples. Tricia has excelled in her as Sales Coach for the Retail Technology group; and was a strong contributor to our Staples Advantage coaching team for 4 years. Tricia has a high level of interest in leveraging her leadership and selling talents directly into our front line selling arena, and driving sales results. If I can add any value in your evaluation of her potential, please let me know.

I am pleased to recommend Tricia Lefever for any Coaching, Training, sales or management position she may apply for in the future. Tricia was a top performing retail store leader and a top performing Sales Coach in the time I have known her here at Staples. Tricia is a very independant, dependable, forward thinking associate that I would recommend for most any position. Tricia has amazing writing skills, captures a room when she presents, but yet can strategize for the future with company initiatives. Tricia is very talented and worth your consideration.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions pertaining to Tricia.

Tricia is a member of our Expert Network and rises above the pack with her dedication to high-quality work. Her outstanding attributes are her professionalism and flexibility; she can truly be relied on to step in and step up no matter what the assignment. As a contracted partner, Tricia has to learn on the fly about each client's culture and objectives, and then fully represent CorpU and our solutions. She also needs to develop instant rapport with the client team, including senior executives and project participants, two groups that typically have different concerns and goals. She always does an outstanding job balancing this. Additionally, Tricia is a pro with virtual technology and keeps up with our platform and methodology changes. We enjoy having Tricia as a partner because of her easygoing nature, tremendous insight and intellect, and commitment to quality. Very happy to be doing business with Tricia!

I have worked with Tricia for the past 5 1/2 yIears so when I had an opportunity open up on my team a year ago I knew she would be the right person to add to our team. I have had the honor of having Tricia on my team of Organizational Development Managers. Tricia has been instrumental in conducting a thorough needs analysis with our District Manager population for US Stores. From this needs analysis she was able to build an extensive retail leadership conference. Tricia is certified in Meyers Briggs personality assessments along with Hogan Lead series as a certified Hogan coach. Her background in retail has led to her being able to drive organizational development support to our North American Stores Division this past year. I would highly recommend Tricia for any consulting, leadership or organizational development work.

I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Tricia Lefever since 2012 when I was charged with rebuilding and re-launching the mobile phone program in Staples retail stores. It was a massive undertaking that required the immediate and ongoing training of over 2,000 mobile consultants nationwide. Tricia was one of four National Training Coaches assigned to complete the conversion, which was scheduled along an admittedly impossible completion timeline.
Having worked with all four trainers across the country I can say with certainty that Tricia was the most talented, the most thorough and the most energetic trainer on the team. She dug in immediately and put together very aggressive yet very workable plans to train her entire area - which she completed on time and on budget. She even pitched in to help the other trainers complete their training! She is an inspiration to watch, and the feedback from the participants in her training classes has been overwhelmingly positive.
Having been in leadership roles my entire career, there are a few things I've come to look for in finding and retaining great people. Really successful people have a handful of key attributes that guide them as they go:
- Talent - You must have the right skill set to do exceptional work;
- Experience - You can't just talk a good fight; you have to go fight a few;
- Integrity - Honesty with yourself and those you work for and with;
- Attitude - Positive, focused and goal-oriented mindsets are crucial;
- Empathy - Understanding that it's not just about you.
Tricia Lefever possesses these key attributes. That's why she and I have forged a strong working relationship over the years, and why I'm eager and excited to recommend her for advancement opportunities today.
I always felt my trust in Tricia's talent and capabilities was very well-placed. I believe yours would be as well.
